Dakota Property Preservation & Home Improvement is a family owned construction firm based on Long Island, NY.
We are a certified SBA 8(a) Minority Business Enterprise that services job sites throughout New York State. We provide a full spectrum of construction and landscaping services including project planning, logistics, scheduling, cost estimating and budgeting, as well as quality management, contract administration, and safety management all while maintaining top level customer service.
Dakota Property has been in business since 2015, but its owners have more than 20 years of experience in the construction field and have participated in multiple projects all over the U.S.
We want to provide our clients with an “all encompassed range of residential and commercial services” that includes a full construction spectrum, complete landscape services, property maintenance and cleaning.
